Testing a pattern for fit, accuracy and clarity of instruction is essential in publishing a pattern.  The Schooner Tee had 29 testers working together to perfect everything.  Happily, the pattern only needed minor tweaks from the version they started with.
Many of the testers have blogs or Instagram accounts so we put on a very informal blog tour. Â They posted when it worked best for them and I collected the details and shared on social media.
