I am beyond excited to tell you that I’m on the Reyna Lay Designs – RLD Podcast!
Reyna and I talked via Skype for the RLD podcast back in July, so some of the things we discuss in the interview have already happened:
- The Happy Home blog tour for Caroline Hulse’s gorgeous fabric with Art Gallery
- The Satya Romper pattern that came out of that post has been released!
Other things we talked about have been set aside for the time being:
- Women’s LOL Swing Top – I just got too excited about the Satya Romper and now it’s going into school season so I’m pushing it to the “maybe for Spring 2016” lineup.
- I’m still (or rather not currently) working on the Moto Jacket we talked about. Â It will get done, but other stuff is more exciting at the moment.
I was really worried that I would hate the way I sounded in the podcast, but after listening yesterday I was happily surprised! Â I think Reyna edited out some of the hemming and hawing, and brought it to a nice concise discussion that I would be interested in listening to even if it weren’t me. Â Be sure to head over and listen to it – I really enjoy listening to fellow creative people while I’m prepping or sewing, or even just doing other housework.
