It’s here, and just in time for kids to be back in school: the Moto Jacket Pattern Tour!
First up is Reyna Lay with a great Moto Jacket from pattern testing.  Reyna is a fashion school graduate and I first “met” her through Pattern Workshop where she is also a student.  Reyna blogs at Reyna Lay Designs and also publishes the RLD Podcast.  Be sure to check that out – it makes great listening while sewing and I may even be on an upcoming episode!  Read all about Reyna’s Moto Jacket and her experience with the pattern here.
Next we have Monica from Ma Me Mi Mo who was another pattern tester. Â You may have seen this series of photos in some of my promotional graphics, because the staging with the scooter was just so much fun! Â Monica blogs from Spain and these definitely have a great European flair. Â Read Monica’s perspective here.
And rounding out Day 1 is Stacey who shares her sewing adventures at From a Box. Â Stacey has tested with me in the past – on my very first pattern, the Matinee Dress! Â Stacey made a Moto Jacket fit for a Tween and talks about it here.
Don’t forget!! Â You can get the Moto Jacket pattern or any of my patterns for 25% off over the course of the tour. Â Use the code “MotoTour” to receive the discount.
I’m also going to take a minute each day of the tour to introduce one of our prize sponsors.  Urban Sew is “Your home for funky cool fabrics and patterns”.  Janice has curated an amazing selection of fabrics in her shop, and recently got some amazing melton wool in that would be perfect for a Moto Jacket!  Urban Sew’s contribution to the giveaway is $40 to spend in the shop – have fun shopping!  Enter using the Rafflecopter widget below:
This is a great pattern… turns out it’s simple to build a jacket if you are using the Moto instructions 🙂
And the prize pack is a big one! with generous sponsors.
