Are you ready for some more amazing tester versions of the LOL Swing Top?
First up today is Sally from Sallifersews with some cute printed knits! Â It seems that the LOL Swing top is perfect for swinging! Â Sally continued on to make several more versions including big sister in the fun! Â Read more here.
Next, let me tell you about Shelly from Sew Shelly Sew. Â When I’m getting ready to test a pattern, I get a couple of pre-testers to check to see if the grading is on track before going to all sizes since I usually draft in my daughters’ sizes – between 3T and 5T. Â Shelly volunteered to pre-test this and made a couple of LOLs. Â And then proceded to make several more; basically a version for each revision of the pattern. Â I think she’s at five or six now. Â And on top of all the garments she’s made, she’s been my voice of reason – asking the questions that are necessary to make the pattern as perfect as possible and clear to everyone who uses it. Â She is a rockstar tester among a fabulous group of testers – I feel so lucky to have the amazing group of women who have volunteered their time and fabric to help me with this! Â I’m sure Shelly has lots to say about the LOL – go read about it here!
Ula who blogs at Lulu & Celeste made a swingin’ woven version fit for a princess! Â Check it out here. Â Stay tuned for the rest of the tour – it’s so much fun showcasing all the great test versions!
Thank you so much for having me! I love my girlies in their LOLs 🙂
Both tops are gorgeous!
I know, right? I think that’s my favorite part of testing is seeing everyone’s interpretation.
