I love beautiful gardens. Â I am ever envious of perfectly manicured flower beds or casually arranged cottage gardens. Â I generally manage to keep most plants alive, but master gardener I am not.
That’s why I love Miraco-Gro’s The Gro Project to encourage every one to get out and grow something. Â Anything.
They’ve provided all sorts of inspiration and the tools to make your garden grow. Â For indoor or container planting there’s Shake n’ Feed Moisture Control All Purpose Plant Food and Moisture Control Potting Mix to help even out watering needs to prevent over or under watering. Â Foor outdoor plants there’s LiquaFeed All Purpose Plant Food Advance Starter Kit which makes feeding and watering your plants at the same time amazingly easy.
I put together this Easy Herb Garden to share with you. Â I love fresh basil and oregano, and now I can have some just steps away on our patio.
All I did was pick up some lovely fresh herbs from the Farmer’s Market just up the road from our house, and a couple of galvanized pails I purchased from a daily deal site.  Then I added a little Moisture Control Potting Mix to the bottom of the container and gently pressed in the herb plants.  I filled in any gaps with more Moisture Control Potting Mix and gave everything a nice drink of water.  Five minutes, tops!
Need some help? Â Check out the Miracle-Gro website for great gardening tips and project ideas. Â There’s something for every level of gardener from beginner to professionals. Â
On Facebook, The Gro Project has some fun ideas to get you started in gardening. Â I think my girls would enjoy building a Toyrarium!
