I have worn glasses since I was in third grade. Â By the time I was in the fifth grade, my vision was poor enough that my optometrist prescribed bifocals – yes, bifocals in grade school! Â I was able to get contact lenses in the seventh grade, but I always needed my glasses handy for nighttime or if my eyes got tired.
With my poor vision, glasses are integral in my daily life. Â Luckily, I can find cute frames so I don’t have recollections of elementary school taunts of “four eyes”. Â Derek Cardigan eyeglasses available from Coastal.com most certainly fit my desire for attractive glasses.
I think this pair might just be perfect for me! Â I have a similarly shaped face as she does and I love the lines and color of this style. Â I browsed around on the Coastal.com site and I think these are style 7021 in Wood for — get this! — $98!! Â I think the last pair of glasses I bought was around $300 and they weren’t any fancy designer style.
I also really like these. Â They sort of remind me of glasses my Dad wore in the military in the late 60’s. Â I’m 100% on board with the “geek chic” trend going around. Â I think they’re the 7012 in tortoise shell and what?! – you can get these free as your first pair!
You read that right – free eyeglasses! Â Over 300 frames qualify for first pair free, and 21 of those are the cool Derek Cardigan frames. Â I’m absolutely going to take advantage of this offer since it’s been a few years since I’ve updated my glasses.
So what could be better than cool frames at an amazing price? Â For every pair of glasses purchased, Coastal.com donates another pair to someone in need. Â I love this program! Â This is a sponsored post, but I am genuinely impressed with Coastal.com and their glasses.
