I’ve had an Android phone for about six months now and I really love it. When Instagram became available for Android, I hopped on the bandwagon!
We brought home some more mangoes from Florida, so mango smoothies and popsicles have had a reocurrance in our house.
Did you get to see the transit of Venus across the sun? It’s good to have friends who dabble in astronomy so we were able to see it using the proper filters and telescopes. Since it’s not going to happen again for another 100 or so years, I’m happy Arden got a chance to see it. On the way to go to the viewing, it was entertaining trying to explain:
Arden: “Benus is a boy or a girl?”
Me: “Venus is a planet, but I guess it’s also a girl planet. Planets are like giant balls in the sky.”
Arden: “Can I hold it?”
Me: “No, it’s too big and too far awaay for you to hold it.”
Arden: “I can reach really far and hold it in my big arms.”

One Kings Lane had arrived! Yay me! Don’t forget to check out my event beginning at 8AM Pacific Time this Thursday, June 7
(that’s tomorrow!). The event will be open for 72 hours. It was supposed to featured in A Day of New England, but from what’s showing on the calendar, I think it’s going to be part of Atlantic Accents: Nautical-Chic Decor.
If the 40 banners I made for this event sell out, they’ll very likely order more for another event, so go shopping and tell your friends!
How exciting! I will be watching for it! I am sure they will sell out!
