It’s finally starting to get warmer here in Michigan and this Momma for one could really use a night out to relax and reconnect with some of my girlfriends. And I know just the right place to go – Chili’s! The warm and relaxed atmosphere is perfect for a little girl talk.
I’ve always loved Chili’s, margaritas and a nice cold Corona with lime. Thanks to their new CoronaRita, I can have all three! It’s like a margarita and a beer got together and made the best drink in the world! It’s made with Jose Quervo Especial tequila and a Coronita (aka Corona Extra) hangin’ out on top of the glass.
While we’re gabbing and catching up on our pre-husband/baby/piles of laundry, I know I for one will be enjoying some tasty nibbles from Chili’s menu. I’ve got my eye on their fire-grilled corn guacamole for an appetizer, and then I really want to try their crispy shrimp tacos. Yum! My mouth is watering just thinking about it, and of course a CoronaRita would go perfectly with both of those tasties! Or, maybe I’ll go with the $20 dinner for two promo and get the crispy onion and jalapeno stack to share and cajun chicken pasta for my meal. Oh, the possibilities are endless!
What’s your favorite at Chili’s? Are you going to try the new CoronaRita? I’d love to hear about it!
Remember, you must be 21 years or older to drink alcoholic beverages and as always, please remember to drink responsibly. As a nursing mother, that means I’ll have to wait long enough for my body to process the alchohol before feeding my daughter – it’s a whole new definition of drinking responsibly!
